Attorney with Absolute Law Firm
What do real estate law and personal injury law have in common? They intersect with the highs and the lows of human experience–from the happy purchase of a home, to an unexpected accident that can leave a person hurting and vulnerable to unfair treatment by insurance companies.
For attorney Scott Allmon, real estate law and personal injury law offer the chance to help people through those critical moments. The purchase of a home is often the largest purchase a person will make. Whether helping a client close on a home, establishing a client’s right to a property in a quiet title action, or de-titling a client’s mobile home, Scott’s goal is to make the process go as smoothly as possible so his clients can enjoy their home.

On the other hand, personal injury can hit people with hardship from all directions. Injuries range from irritating to traumatizing, and insurance companies can take advantage of those who are hurting, adding insult to injury. Worst of all, the wrongful death of a loved one can be earth-shattering. Scott Allmon is passionate about helping his clients through these difficult circumstances and securing their rightful compensation. In addition, Scott practices in the areas of probate, power of attorney, wills, and trusts.
Scott Allmon attended Clemson University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Textile Management and a master’s degree in Public Administration. An interest in politics drew him to the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he received a Juris Doctorate in 2003. In the process, he became deeply interested in real estate law and personal injury law. He currently practices with Absolute Law Firm in the counties of Anderson, Greenville, Oconee and Pickens, and is a member of both the South Carolina State Bar and the Anderson County Bar Association.
Scott has been married to the love of his life, Jodie, for over 20 years and together they have four wonderful children age 15 (oldest) to 3 (youngest). He is deeply invested in his community, serving as the senior pastor of LaFrance Baptist Church and volunteer coaching for youth football, basketball, and baseball teams. In his free time, Scott enjoys taking educational trips out west with his family, coaching, and attending as many Clemson games as possible.
